Affiliate & Ambassador Policy

Welcome to the Snatched Wear Affiliate & Ambassador Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to the rules below and to our site policies (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Shipping, and Returns & Refunds). If anything here conflicts with those policies, those documents prevail.

1) Eligibility & Application

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement in your location.
• Submit an application with accurate contact and channel information; we may approve or decline at our discretion.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details and tax/payment information up to date.

2) Disclosures & Transparency

• Clear disclosure is required whenever you share links or codes that could earn a commission or reward (e.g., “I may earn a commission from this link/code”).
• Only make accurate, verifiable statements about Snatched Wear products, pricing, availability, shipping windows, and policies. No misleading or unsupported claims.
• Do not present opinions as facts or imitate official communications from Snatched Wear.

3) Brand & Content Guidelines

• Use up-to-date product details and images that reflect real results; avoid altered or deceptive imagery.
• No offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or adult content; no fake reviews or incentivized reviews.
• Do not suggest medical outcomes or body transformations; describe support/fit in simple, realistic terms.
• Respect intellectual property: do not use our logos or brand assets in a way that implies partnership beyond this Program, and do not register domains or social handles that could be confused with our brand.

4) Traffic Sources & Promotional Methods

• No spam, unsolicited messages, or comment spamming. Email marketing must target opted-in recipients only.
• No paid search bidding on our brand name or common misspellings, and no misleading redirects or masked URLs.
• Coupons and discounts: only promote active codes provided by Snatched Wear. Expired or unauthorized codes are not allowed.
• Price representations must match the current price on our site; do not promise unavailable bundles, gifts, or shipping speeds.

5) Cookies, Tracking & Attribution

• We use cookies or similar technologies to attribute orders to affiliates/ambassadors. By participating, you consent to this tracking.
• The attribution method and cookie window are defined by our Program platform and shown in your dashboard.
• If a customer uses multiple links or codes, attribution follows the Program’s standard rules (e.g., last click where applicable).

6) Qualified Orders & Commission

• Commissions apply to net order values (after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping and fees).
• Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or chargebacked orders are not commissionable (or will be reversed).
• Commission rates, payout schedule, thresholds and supported payout methods appear in your dashboard and may change with notice.

7) Ambassadors (Gifting & UGC)

• Where product gifting is offered, selection and quantities are at our discretion and may vary by campaign.
• Content created for Snatched Wear must be your original work and may be reposted on our channels with credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Include required disclosures on every post/reel/story containing our products, links or discount codes.

8) Compliance & Removal

• We may monitor promotional content to protect customers from misleading practices.
• Violations may result in warnings, commission reversals, suspension or removal from the Program.
• We may update these rules to reflect changes to our site policies or applicable requirements; continued participation means you accept the updates.
