Track Your Order

Use the information from your emails to follow your parcel. After you place an order, we send two messages: (1) an order confirmation with your Order Number; and (2) a shipping confirmation with the carrier name and your tracking number/link.

How tracking works

  1. Processing: we prepare your items according to the timelines shown in our Shipping & Delivery page.
  2. Shipped: once your parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive a shipping email with a tracking link.
  3. Follow updates: open the link in the shipping email or visit the carrier’s website and paste your tracking number to see the latest scans.

  • New tracking numbers may take a short time to show movement after the label is created.
  • Make sure you are using the same email address used at checkout.
  • Review the expected processing and transit windows in Shipping & Delivery.

Marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it?

  • Look around entrances and safe places at your address.
  • Ask household members or neighbors in case they accepted the parcel for you.
  • Check the delivery photo or notes (when available) via the carrier’s tracking page.
  • If you still can’t locate it, contact us and include your Order Number and tracking number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Wrong, missing or damaged items

If anything is incorrect or missing from your parcel, please reach out with your Order Number, photos (if applicable) and a short description. We will review and assist according to our Returns & Refunds policy.
