Snatched Rewards — Terms & Conditions

Snatched Rewards (the “Program”) lets eligible customers earn points and unlock member benefits when shopping at snatchedwear.com. By joining or using the Program you agree to these Rewards Terms, as well as our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, and Returns & Refunds.


1) Eligibility & Enrollment

  • The Program is free to join. Create or sign in to your store account to participate.
  • One account per person; accounts cannot be shared, transferred, or combined.
  • Program is available where we sell and ship. We may limit availability by region if required by law or logistics.

2) Earning Points

  • Unless otherwise noted, you earn points on the merchandise subtotal of eligible purchases after discounts and before taxes, shipping, restocking fees, or other charges.
  • Exclusions: gift cards, taxes/fees, shipping charges, and any items or promotions marked ineligible.
  • Points from purchases generally post when your order is fulfilled/shipped. If an order is canceled or refunded, any related points will be removed.
  • We may offer additional “missions” (e.g., create an account, follow on social, review a product). These actions, values, and limits may change and are shown in your rewards dashboard.

3) Redeeming Points

  • Points can be redeemed for rewards such as cash-off coupons/discounts, free shipping rewards, or other benefits shown in your dashboard.
  • Rewards have no cash value, are not exchangeable for cash or gift cards, and cannot be transferred or sold.
  • Single-use reward codes may not be combined with some promotions, subscriptions, or other exclusions. If a purchase made with a reward is returned, the redeemable value of that reward is not reissued.
  • Minimums, increments, caps, and any expiration for a specific reward are displayed at redemption time in your account.

4) VIP Tiers & Milestones

Tier status is based on cumulative qualifying merchandise spend tracked in your loyalty dashboard (excluding taxes, fees, shipping, discounts, gift cards, and refunds). Perks are subject to availability and the conditions below.

Tier 1 — Bronze (Free to Join)

  • Earning rate: 1 point per $1 spent (eligible items).
  • Level-up bonus: 100 points (one-time when you join Bronze).
  • One-time level-up discount: 10% off (issued when you enter the tier; expiration shown in your account).
  • Anniversary discount: $10 (issued annually; see account for date & expiry).
  • VIP Day: 15% off on eligible items during our member VIP Day event(s). Exclusions apply.
  • 2× Points Day: occasional double points events as announced. Exclusions or caps may apply.

Tier 2 — Silver (Qualify at $250 in cumulative qualifying spend)

  • Earning rate: 1.5 points per $1 spent (eligible items).
  • Level-up bonus: 200 points (one-time when you enter Silver).
  • One-time level-up discount: 20% off (issued when you enter the tier; expiration in account).
  • Anniversary discount: $20 (issued annually; see account for date & expiry).
  • VIP Day: 30% off on eligible items during our member VIP Day event(s). Exclusions apply.
  • Quarterly product giveaways: may be offered; entry/rules will be posted when available; no purchase necessary where prohibited.
  • Free standard shipping: on qualifying US orders for Silver members (expedited services excluded; see Shipping & Delivery for details and coverage).

Tier 3 — Gold (Qualify at $500 in cumulative qualifying spend)

  • Earning rate: 2 points per $1 spent (eligible items).
  • Level-up bonus: 300 points (one-time when you enter Gold).
  • One-time level-up discount: 30% off (issued when you enter the tier; expiration in account).
  • Anniversary discount: $30 (issued annually; see account for date & expiry).
  • VIP Day: 50% off on eligible items during our member VIP Day event(s). Exclusions apply.
  • Quarterly product giveaways: may be offered; entry/rules posted when available; no purchase necessary where prohibited.
  • Free standard shipping: on qualifying US orders for Gold members (expedited services excluded; see Shipping & Delivery).
  • Exclusive birthday gift: gift type and value vary; add your birth date in your account at least 30 days prior; one per year; while supplies last; substitutions may apply.
  • Invites to exclusive events: limited capacity and eligibility; details and selections (if any) will be communicated by email.

Notes on tiers: Tier thresholds, lookback windows, and benefit values/availability may change. Any time limits for a specific benefit (for example, the redemption window on a one-time level-up discount) will be shown in your account at issuance.

5) Returns, Cancellations & Adjustments

  • If you return, cancel, or receive a refund for an order, points earned from that order will be removed. If you redeemed a reward on that order, the redeemed value will not be reissued unless required by law.
  • Abuse, fraud, or activity inconsistent with these terms may result in points reversal, reward cancellation, or account suspension.

6) Communications

  • Program updates, points balances, and reward notices may be sent by email or shown in your account. You can manage email preferences via the links in our messages or your account settings.

7) Changes & Program Availability

  • We may modify, pause, or end the Program (or any benefit) at any time. If we materially change or end the Program, we’ll update this page and, where practical, notify members using the email on file.
  • If the Program ends, unused points and unredeemed rewards will expire on the effective date unless we specify otherwise.

8) Privacy

Your participation is governed by our Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to our processing of Program-related data (e.g., point balances, tier tracking) to operate the Program.

Disclosures & exclusions (summary): Points are earned on eligible merchandise subtotal only; taxes, fees, shipping, gift cards, and ineligible items are excluded. VIP Day and other percentage-off benefits apply to eligible items only; exclusions (for example, final-sale items, bundles, or third-party items) may apply. Free shipping rewards apply to standard shipping within our covered service areas and exclude expedited methods. Specific reward values, caps, and expiration windows are displayed in your account at the time of issuance/redemption.
