How long does shipping take?
For US orders, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Please also allow 1–2 business days for processing. See full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Free shipping does not apply outside the US. Please refer to Shipping & Delivery for more information.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the label is created. You can also track your order here.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately at hello@snatchedwear.com with your order number and request. If the order has shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns of new, unused items within 65 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 20% applies to non-defective returns. Some products are considered final sale for hygiene reasons. Full policy details are available on our Returns & Refunds page.
What items are final sale?
Intimate wear such as bras, bodysuits, fajas, and waist trainers are final sale once opened, worn, washed, or if any seal/liner is removed. For details, refer to Returns & Refunds.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Where is my refund?
Once your return is approved and processed, your refund is issued within 7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
